CHARGES – Watchregister.co.za users are charged according to the services they have contracted. Watchregister.co.za has no contact with your credit card information as the service is provided by Pay Fast. (www.payfast.co.za)

Watch Register is committed to protect your privacy, but in order to provide our services you will be asked to give us personal information and the use of your personal information is explained in this confidentiality contract.
The personal information you give to Watch Register is confidential and our database will handle the information in a secure and encrypted way.We will protect your data from loss, unauthorized access, leaking or destruction.
Watchregister.co.za by this contract commits not to disclose, transfer or sell user information to third parties under any condition and will only give information to the user or the person or entity that the user authorizes. In case of receiving a court order our legal department will consider if the order requires the delivery of the information and we will not give any information without previously notifying the situation to the user.
PROPERTY RIGHTS ON THE CONTENT
The user acknowledges that: (a) except as explicitly stated otherwise, the laws of copyright and other intellectual property laws generally applicable shall govern your use of the Content. b) The user must not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, sell, publish, create derivative works, perform, or distribute in any way Content available through Watchregister.co.za, including code and software without express written consent.

Use any unauthorized means to modify or redirect service, or attempt to do so.
Damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service (or the network or networks connected to the service) or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the service by any person
Resell or redistribute the Service or any part thereof without the written permission of Watchregister.co.za
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
Watchregister.co.za gives no guarantees. Watchregister.co.za provides this service with all it’s faults and as available. Watchregister.co.za gives no warranties about the accuracy or timeliness of the information available from the service.
IN NO EVENT WATCHREGISTER.CO.ZA may be considered liable for any costs incurred during the providing of services or the services substitution or for loss of benefits, information or data or any other special, indirect ,incidental damage arising from the sale, the use, or the non- availability of the use of Watchregister.co.za services.
Watchregister.co.za liability will be limited in all cases to the actual amount paid for services to Watchregister.co.za. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so maybe the limitations or exclusions set out above do not apply.
